These are behind-the-scenes photographs from the set of Amber, alongside stills from the short film. Amber is a whimsical yet dark fairytale about a woman who is the physical embodiment of the substance amber, who captures men responsible for cutting down trees and damaging her natural habitat.

For this project, I acted as lead production designer, creating a range of set pieces and dressing elements to establish the film’s atmosphere. This included Evil Dead-inspired moving vines, jars filled with mysterious liquids and preserved materials, as well as maps and drawings used to dress the interior of Amber’s woodland cottage.
